Bilingual SIGINT Analyst, Lead
Location: Riverside, CA | On-Site, 5 Days per Week
Salary Range: $168,663 - $189,155 Annually
Clearance Required: Active Secret
AFORGE is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual (Spanish) SIGINT Analyst, Lead to support a federal agency's intelligence operations in Riverside, California. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in SIGINT and Radio Frequency (RF) analysis, Spanish language proficiency, and experience in target development, network analysis, and threat reporting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical intelligence initiatives by analyzing complex information, identifying emerging threats, and delivering actionable intelligence to government stakeholders. Qualified candidates must possess an active Secret security clearance, be U.S. citizens, and be available to work on-site five days per week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of an intelligence analysis capability for a federal agency.
Conduct Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to identify, evaluate, and assess intelligence information.
Serve as a leader to the SIGINT Analysis team and provide mentorship to other team members.
Utilize Spanish language fluency to process, translate, interpret, and analyze intelligence materials.
Collect, review, and assess intelligence data to identify relevant patterns, trends, and potential threats.
Apply SIGINT methodologies and analytical techniques to support intelligence operations and mission objectives.
Prepare intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings to communicate findings to government stakeholders.
Collaborate with intelligence professionals and federal agency personnel to support intelligence requirements and operational priorities.
Ensure intelligence analysis and reporting comply with applicable federal security protocols and handling requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree.
SIGINT / Radio Frequency background.
Spanish: Limited Working Proficiency OR Professional Working Knowledge (ILR Level 2.)
Experience building targets and network development.
Experience composing threat information and reporting.?
Experience serving as a mentor to less experienced teammates.
Intelligence Community & Inter-Agency familiarity with intelligence domains and multi-int fusion.
Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and the ability to convey complex ideas to others in a concise, clear manner.
Must have an active Secret U.S Government-issued Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position due to federal government contract and security requirements.
Able to work 5 days a week on-site in Riverside, CA.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of the intelligence community and intelligence processes.
Experience in intelligence analysis and regional studies; policy, conflict resolution, or research methodologies.
Watch or Operations Center/Intel Fusion Cell experience.
Experience developing and improving business processes.
