Summary:
• Develop Java software capabilities utilizing Spring, REST web services, and microservices architectures in a Linux environment.
• Integrate autonomous AI agents into workflows for multi-file feature implementations, codebase refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Manage continuous integration and build configurations using Git, Maven, and Nexus within an Agile software lifecycle.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities and enterprise RESTful APIs.
• Leverage modern Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring and Guava within a Linux operating environment.
• Utilize agentic AI workflows to accelerate feature delivery, refactor codebases, and conduct automated testing.
• Manage build processes and software configuration using tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams following Agile development methodologies.
• Audit and evaluate agent-generated code to ensure high standards of security, performance, and architectural integrity.
Telework:
A hybrid schedule is supported with an average of 1-2 days per week expected on-site in Augusta, GA.
