Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities utilizing Spring frameworks and RESTful web services.
• Integrate next-generation agentic AI workflows to streamline feature development, codebase refactoring, and test generation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within fast-paced Agile Linux environments utilizing cloud and distributed database technologies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Architect, develop, and test enterprise microservices, APIs, and Java-based solutions following Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Leverage autonomous AI agents into daily development routines for complex feature implementation and automated unit and integration testing.
• Audit and review code for architectural alignment, system performance, and application security.
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor, balancing hands-on software development with team guidance.
• Manage continuous integration and build workflows using tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus within Agile environments.
• Interface with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as distributed database technologies including Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
Telework:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring an average of two days per week on-site in San Antonio.
