• Develop custom software components and integrate open-source code for cloud and big data infrastructure.
• Architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS, Go, and Linux systems.
• Work autonomously to identify and resolve complex technical challenges while advancing strategic architecture goals.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design and implement core architecture and software capabilities from prototype to operational applications.
• Define, build, and manage virtual infrastructure in AWS using modern infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Develop custom platform software and microservices using Go.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized environments utilizing Kubernetes, Ansible, and cloud storage layers.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux systems, hosts, networks, and Bash scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment utilizing CI/CD pipelines.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with an expected 1-2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.
