Summary:
• Develop Java-based software capabilities and enterprise RESTful web services in an agile development environment.
• Integrate advanced AI agentic workflows to accelerate multi-file feature delivery, code refactoring, and test generation.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices utilizing modern frameworks, build tools, and cloud technologies.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and deploy complex software capabilities using Java, Spring, and modern object-oriented design patterns.
• Implement and orchestrate autonomous AI coding agents across multi-repository architectures while critically auditing code for security and performance.
• Design robust enterprise APIs and RESTful microservices.
• Utilize configuration management and build automation tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus within Linux environments.
• Perform comprehensive unit and integration testing to ensure high software reliability and mission readiness.
• Collaborate in an agile team environment using JIRA and Confluence, integrating with cloud and distributed database systems.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work schedule requiring at least two days per week on-site with telework permitted for the remaining days.
