Summary:
• Build, automate, and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible across AWS and edge environments.
• Implement robust CI/CD automation pipelines, optimize Linux systems administration, and develop scalable automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Support distributed big data solutions while ensuring high availability, reliability, and system performance.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $305k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS (including EKS, EC2, EBS, S3, and Lambda) as well as edge and non-cloud equipment.
• Manage and scale containerized environments using Kubernetes, Flux, and related deployment tooling.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and configuration management solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and backend tools using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Perform Linux system administration, system troubleshooting, and performance tuning across production environments.
• Support big data architectures and data pipelines utilizing technologies such as Hadoop, Accumulo, Spark, NiFi, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to streamline CI/CD workflows and integrate complex applications.
• Serve as a technical mentor and lead, providing engineering guidance and driving technical excellence across the team.
