Summary:
• Design, develop, and test complex enterprise software capabilities utilizing Java, Spring, and RESTful web services on Linux platforms.
• Leverage next-generation agentic AI workflows to facilitate multi-file feature implementations, refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members while executing within an Agile lifecycle.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 9+ years
• Total Compensation: $274k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design and build enterprise-grade microservices, RESTful APIs, and modern Java-based applications using Spring and modern libraries.
• Integrate and guide autonomous coding agents through multi-repository architectures, auditing agent-generated code for security, performance, and architectural integrity.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with engineering personnel across fast-paced development cycles.
• Operate in Linux environments utilizing configuration management and build tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and support cloud or distributed data components such as AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, utilizing collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work schedule requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site in Augusta, GA.
