Summary:
• Design, develop, and test robust enterprise software capabilities utilizing Java, Spring, and RESTful web services on Linux systems.
• Integrate next-generation agentic AI workflows to accelerate feature implementation, complex refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Serve as a technical lead, mentoring team members and driving agile development processes across distributed architectures.

• Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Java software capabilities and RESTful microservices.
• Integrate advanced AI agent workflows into daily development cycles for automated testing and multi-file code refactoring.
• Manage multi-repository contexts and audit agent-generated code for security, performance, and architectural standards.
• Provide senior technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain software within Linux environments using Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Interface with cloud and distributed database technologies such as AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile software lifecycle using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement requiring an average of 1 to 2 days per week on-site in Augusta, GA.
