Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities and enterprise APIs.
• Build robust microservices architectures and RESTful web services within an agile development lifecycle.
• Integrate next-generation agentic AI workflows and tools into daily engineering and testing processes.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment leveraging modern configuration management and Linux platforms.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop software capabilities using modern Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring and Guava.
• Architect and implement enterprise APIs, RESTful web services, and scalable microservices.
• Utilize autonomous AI agents to drive multi-file feature development, codebase refactoring, and automated testing.
• Manage context and workflow across multi-repository architectures, ensuring security and performance standards.
• Apply configuration management tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus within Linux environments.
• Employ agile methodologies and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and conduct thorough unit and integration testing.
Telework:
This role supports a hybrid work arrangement with approximately 3-4 days per week on-site.
