Summary:
• Design, develop, and deploy complex Java-based software capabilities and enterprise microservices.
• Integrate next-generation agentic AI workflows and coding agents into modern software engineering processes.
• Collaborate in an agile development environment to build scalable APIs and robust system capabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive software testing, troubleshooting, and multi-repository architectural reviews.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain enterprise RESTful web services and microservices using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Incorporate advanced agentic AI workflows to streamline feature implementation, refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Manage and audit AI-generated code for security, performance, and architectural integrity within multi-repository environments.
• Utilize configuration management and build automation tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus in a Linux environment.
• Implement unit and integration testing strategies to ensure high-quality, resilient software delivery.
• Work collaboratively with agile project teams utilizing Jira and Confluence to track and deliver requirements.
• Support cloud and data technologies, including AWS, Azure, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB solutions.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 to 4 days per week on-site.
