Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities and enterprise RESTful web services in a Linux environment.
• Leverage modern microservices architectures, Spring frameworks, and agentic AI workflows to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate within an Agile team utilizing modern configuration management and automated build tools.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain Java software capabilities using object-oriented programming principles and modern frameworks such as Spring and Guava.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Integrate advanced coding agents and agentic workflows into routine development for multi-file implementations, refactoring, and automated test generation.
• Utilize configuration management tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus within a Linux operating environment.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and ensure architectural alignment, performance, and code quality.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and collaborative team engineering efforts.
Telework:
A hybrid work arrangement is supported, requiring an average of two days per week on-site in San Antonio.
