Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities utilizing modern frameworks such as Spring and RESTful microservices.
• Incorporate next-generation agentic AI workflows into daily development practices for automated feature delivery, refactoring, and testing.
• Collaborate within an Agile engineering team to build scalable enterprise solutions in a Linux environment.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize robust software applications using Java and object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Leverage autonomous AI coding agents to perform multi-file implementations, codebase refactoring, and unit test generation.
• Manage context across multi-repository architectures while auditing AI-generated code for security, quality, and performance.
• Utilize configuration management tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus within Linux operating systems.
• Participate in Agile software development lifecycles, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams.
Telework:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring an average of two to three days per week on-site.
