Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities using modern frameworks such as Spring and RESTful microservices architecture.
• Integrate advanced AI agentic workflows into engineering practices to drive multi-file feature implementations, codebase refactoring, and automated testing.
• Collaborate across an Agile development lifecycle to deliver scalable, secure software solutions in Linux and cloud environments.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise software capabilities using Java, Spring, and modern object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs and distributed microservices architectures.
• Employ next-generation AI coding agents to enhance feature delivery, execute complex refactoring, and generate robust unit and integration tests.
• Manage context across complex multi-repository architectures and rigorously audit generated code for performance, security, and architectural integrity.
• Utilize configuration management and build automation tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Develop and support applications deployed on Linux operating systems and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Work with distributed databases, NoSQL databases, and search engines like Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation using Jira and Confluence.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement, requiring an average of two to three days per week on-site.
