As a Lockheed Martin employee, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment that values integrity and excellence.

As a Principal Integrated Product Team Lead, you will steer cutting edge microelectronics and RFIC initiatives that underpin advanced defense capabilities, ensuring our customers receive high performance RF, analog, digital, and mixed signal solutions that meet stringent national security requirements.

THE WORK

The Principal Integrated Product Team Lead drives the execution of complex microelectronics projects, leading a cross functional IPT that spans design, engineering, supply chain, and customer engagement. • Direct program execution and delivery, employing Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Schedule to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance.

• Coordinate resource planning, allocating personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project needs while resolving conflicts across engineering and support functions.

• Identify and mitigate program risks, tracking opportunities for cost, schedule, or performance improvements.

• Communicate project status, risks, and performance to leadership and stakeholders, serving as the primary customer liaison throughout the lifecycle.

• Collaborate with program managers, chief engineers, systems engineering, and supply chain teams to align supplier activities and material deliveries.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and security standards, supporting audits and maintaining compliance documentation.

• Support implementation and negotiation of EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, and Keysight ADS, and aid in maintaining the computing environment for the team.

Note: Occasional Travel may be needed.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a strategic technical leader with deep expertise in microelectronics IC design and a proven ability to guide cross functional teams through complex product development, leveraging advanced EDA tools and rigorous program management practices. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to align customers, engineers, and suppliers toward mission critical outcomes.

WHY JOIN US

In this role you will have the opportunity to shape next generation microelectronics architectures that directly support national defense missions, working alongside senior engineers and customers on high visibility programs.

Our benefits are built to match the caliber of your work. Reliable, high performing, and mission ready.
