Job Description
Position summary: Provides financial analysis and modeling for the real estate portfolio, covering rent and occupancy costs, revenue forecasts, and budget variances.
Key responsibilities
• Analyze rent and occupancy costs across the portfolio.
• Prepare amortization schedules and revenue forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and prior periods, and explain drivers.
• Reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Build and maintain financial models to support portfolio and asset decisions.
• Support budget development and financial reporting for the program.
Required qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 7+ years of real estate, budget, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Experience with rent and occupancy-cost analysis, amortization, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience with variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial modeling.
