Job Description
Position summary: Maintains accurate space and occupancy records by reconciling floor plans, assignments, and financial data, and analyzes how space is used to support planning decisions.
Key responsibilities
• Reconcile floor plans, space assignments, and occupancy and financial information.
• Conduct utilization analysis and identify underused or overcrowded space.
• Develop and maintain stacking plans.
• Maintain space and occupancy databases and keep records current.
• Produce visualizations and reports on space, occupancy, and utilization.
• Use applicable drawing tools to update and review floor plans.
Required qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 8+ years of space, occupancy, workplace, or real estate data experience.
• Experience reconciling floor plans, space assignments, and occupancy and financial information.
• Proficiency with utilization analysis, stacking plans, and spreadsheet, database, visualization, and applicable drawing tools.
