Data and Performance Analyst

Position summary: Builds and maintains the data foundation and performance reporting for the program, integrating multiple sources into dashboards and concise, exception-based management reports.
Key responsibilities
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a consistent, reliable reporting dataset.
• Design and maintain dashboards and business intelligence reports.
• Define, track, and report program performance measures.
• Establish and run data controls to validate accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Produce concise exception-based management reports that flag variances and issues.
• Support the other analysts and program leadership with data pulls and analysis.
Required qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 8+ years of data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or program performance experience.
• Experience with multi-source data integration, dashboards, performance measures, and data controls.
• Experience producing concise exception-based management reporting.
