Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Applications / Software Developer to join our team. You should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum of six (6) years of related experience.
Required Skills
- Senior Software / Applications Developer responsible for the management, development, and automation of a DCIM tool (Nlyte)
- Extensive scripting knowledge and capabilities specifically related to PowerShell, Power-CLI, JavaScript, Python, Perl Scripts, and Bash Shell scriptin
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft IIS, .NET, and ADO
- Ability to code in Python and write PowerShell scripts
- Advanced knowledge in MSSQL, SSRS, SSIS, as well as ability to write complete SQL statements
- Systems Administration experience (Linux, Windows, and variants)
- Development experience in the day-to-day operations environment
- Back-end development experience, server side, APIs
- Development experience with AWS and/or MS Azure
Desired Skills
- IT system automation to include artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML)
- Experience with automated testing
- Knowledge of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) on iterative development projects
- Cloud design, implementation, and configuration
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of Agile development principles
- Knowledge of modern software languages (e.g. Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Perl, etc.)
- Ability to be SQL admin
