Overview:
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Plans and Operations, Lead to provide subject matter proficiency for work described in the task.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages internal processes of PM Cyber Warfare
- Serves as primary POC for Task Management Tool
- Receives, reviews, distributes, closes out tasks
- Supports facilities management and space allocation
- Manages SharePoint content and collaboration environment
- Serves as SharePoint Working Group Lead
- Implements process improvement initiatives
- Coordinates strategic communications
- Manages personnel security and in/out processing
- Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps
- Experience with task management systems
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
Requirements:
- Continuously monitors and maintains oversight of all IT aspects
- Responsible for determinations on approach, platforms, hardware, schedule, budget, deliverables
- Participates in management and implementation of large, complex IT systems
- Provides technical, managerial, administrative assistance for extremely complex systems
- Makes recommendations and advises on organization-wide improvementsIT Service Mgmt Analyst (#14):
- Establishes and manages process, policy, procedure
- Manages CMDB, develops audit processes
- Chairs CAB meetings, manages and enforces all process/policy
- Builds/manages reporting and customizations
- Manages delivery of IT services
- Manages cross-functional teams
- Manages high priority incidents, conducts lessons learned
- Comprehensive knowledge across key tasks
- Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance
