Job Description
We are seeking a Test Technician for a hands-on opportunity involving the assembly and testing of electronic products and systems in a production environment.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in electronics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform electrical and RF testing using manual and automated test equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
Follow process instructions, work instructions, and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
Operate measuring instruments and electronic test equipment.
Maintain accurate test records, enter results into databases, and generate reports.
Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.
Assist in improving test procedures and production processes.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and product quality.
Use digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electrical or microelectronics.
Knowledge of ESD procedures.
Familiarity with electronic test equipment.
Experience in testing, troubleshooting, or working with electronic assemblies.
Additional Information
Second shift, Monday through Thursday.
Working hours: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
Overtime may be required.
Interim Secret Clearance is required to start; the clearance process will begin at the offer stage.
