PRISM is seeking an experienced AWS Infrastructure Migration Engineer to move complex cloud workloads and build next generation integration platforms for a mission critical, highly classified modernization initiative. In this role, you will plan and execute migrations across AWS environments with varying security constraints, align configurations across development, test, and production stages, develop repeatable deployment, cutover, and rollback procedures, and validate migrated workloads in coordination with platform and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute workload migrations across AWS environments featuring varying security boundaries and network connectivity constraints.
• Synchronize, standardize, and maintain configuration consistency across development, staging, and production environments.
• Establish automated, repeatable deployment patterns, artifact management workflows, cutover strategies, and contingency rollback procedures.
• Verify migrated application performance and lead controlled change management activities in coordination with platform and security stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience specializing in AWS cloud migration or enterprise infrastructure engineering.
• Demonstrated hands on track record planning and executing complex AWS cloud migrations and repeatable deployment frameworks.
• Proven ability to design zero downtime cutover patterns and risk mitigated rollback strategies for restricted environments.
• Extensive experience operating and delivering cloud solutions within highly regulated or classified environments.
• Active TS SCI security clearance with eligibility for program specific read ons and special access approvals.
• Must reside within local commuting distance of an approved secure facility in Herndon VA, Washington DC, Seattle WA, or Denver CO.
• Ability to work full time on site within secure facilities, with occasional travel to authorized customer sites as required.

Desired Qualifications

• Direct experience migrating workloads across AWS Commercial, AWS GovCloud, or isolated cloud partitions.
• Practical expertise using Infrastructure as Code tools alongside blue green or canary deployment methodologies.
• Active AWS Professional or Specialty certifications, or industry security credentials such as CompTIA Security plus or CISSP.

REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE

• Active TS-SCI Clearance.
