Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with strong SAP S/4HANA Retail Fashion expertise to support a global transformation and DC rollout across the US East and UK. The role covers solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, cutover, and hypercare, with a strong focus on Retail/Fashion processes and documentation excellence.

Description:

• Review existing MM build documentation, maintain delta designs, author BPDs, CRDs, and Functional Specifications, and manage backlog, decisions, assumptions, and issue logs.
  
• Participate in fit-to-standard and delta design workshops, identify gaps against the global template, document requirements, and track configuration and development changes.
  
• Configure US East and UK DC plants, company code assignments, purchasing organizations, storage locations, MRP areas, and shipping points.
  
• Create DC sites using F5375/MDG, extend article/material and vendor masters, and configure fashion-specific data including seasons, size grids, colours, prepacks, and assortments.
  
• Configure vendor master extensions, purchasing info records, SSR, contracts, flexible commitments, and ARun-integrated purchase orders.
  
• Configure intra-company and cross-company STOs, FCFS, aATP, delivery processes, and TM integration.
  
• Support configuration of ARun, PAL, SUP, segmentation, merchandise allocation, and size curve allocation.
  
• Configure physical inventory, cycle counting, goods movements, and inbound/outbound processes.
  
• Lead MM unit testing, prepare and execute SIT scenarios, support UAT, and manage defects (Sev 1–4).
  
• Support master data extensions, open PO/STO activities, cutover execution, and four weeks of post-go-live hypercare.
  
• Coordinate with EWM, SD, FI, TM, and MDG teams and provide knowledge transfer to the customer team.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SAP MM consulting experience, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Strong SAP Retail Fashion domain knowledge and hands-on configuration experience.
  
• Excellent documentation skills, including BPDs, CRDs, Functional Specifications, delta designs, and test scripts.
  
• Experience in fit-to-standard workshops, Explore phase, gap analysis, and requirement documentation.
  
• Knowledge of DC organizational structure, site configuration, article/material master, and vendor master.
  
• Hands-on experience in purchasing, contracts, vendor management, and Stock Transport Orders (STOs).
  
• Understanding of ARun, PAL, SUP, segmentation, aATP, FCFS, and Fashion-specific master data.
  
• Experience in inventory management, physical inventory, cycle counting, and goods movements.
  
• Exposure to unit testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
  
• Ability to coordinate with EWM, SD, FI, and TM teams and deliver effective knowledge transfer.
