We are seeking a Structures Mechanic with Secret Clearance for a critical position at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This role involves performing maintenance and repair on aircraft structures, ensuring airworthiness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and empennage.
• Perform welding, riveting, and other metalwork as required.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other defects.
• Document all work using proper maintenance forms and logs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Experience with NDT methods (e.g., ultrasonic, magnetic particle).
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural integrity and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10).
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military maintenance standards.
• Certification in welding or other relevant trades.
