Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic with a Secret clearance for a critical position at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This role involves performing advanced maintenance and repair on aircraft structures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and repairs on aircraft components
• Fabricate and install structural components as required
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify material flaws
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all work performed
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure aircraft readiness
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance
• Proficiency with NDT techniques (e.g., dye penetrant, magnetic particle)
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural materials and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10)
• Additional certifications in related maintenance fields
