As an Armed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to evolving situations. This driving post requires an armed guard card or license and a valid driver's license. Day Time Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations, and maintain required equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
