Mid-Level Operations Manager

Synchron, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Operations Manager to provide administrative and executive support to DPAE Maritime M & S, the U.S. Navy's program office for Surface Ship Modernization and Sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate branch or department operation strategies and assist with developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures, as well as attaining operating goals.
• Ensure work is being completed in a timely manner by assigning or delegating work, objectives, and activities to supervisors and staff, organizing resources, giving work direction, setting deadlines, and coordinating with other departments.
• Ensure adequate training of staff and employee compliance with the organization's policies and practices.
• Analyze costs and prepare department budgets.

Education and Experience Requirements

• 5 years of professional providing administrative and executive support to U.S. Navy program offices
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET security clearance
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• >7 years of professional experience related to database management.

• Less than 10%
