Support the integration, verification, and testing of complex defense System-of-Systems (SoS) capabilities, combining hardware, software, RF communications, autonomous platforms, and munitions technologies to ensure mission readiness and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Integration & Test (I&T): Support the full I&T lifecycle, including test planning, system integration, execution, anomaly resolution, and formal reporting for complex hardware/software systems.
- System-of-Systems Integration: Integrate dissimilar subsystems involving autonomy, RF communications, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS), electronic warfare (EW), munitions, and fuzes. Troubleshoot interface, timing, and interoperability issues.
- Verification & Validation (V&V): Develop mission-thread-based test scenarios, validate end-to-end system performance, and maintain formal requirements traceability against operational concepts (ConOps).
- Test Planning & Execution: Develop test plans, procedures, and pass/fail criteria for functional, integration, environmental, acceptance, regression, and qualification testing.
- Bench & Field Testing: Instrument and execute laboratory and field/range tests using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and data acquisition systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, RF, and software anomalies.
- Test Automation: Develop Python scripts for automated testing, data acquisition, data reduction, and post-test analysis.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain interface control documents (ICDs), integration guides, test procedures, configuration baselines, and audit-ready verification evidence for government milestone reviews.
- Cross-Functional Test Coordination: Coordinate test activities across engineering disciplines, vendors, and government stakeholders, including test readiness reviews, anomaly tracking, and formal test reporting.
Qualifications:
- US citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience integrating and testing complex hardware/software systems, including test plan development, execution, anomaly resolution, and technical reporting.
- Hands-on experience resolving subsystem interface, timing, and interoperability issues.
- Multidisciplinary experience involving RF communications, munitions, fuzes, and technologies such as autonomy, UGVs, sUAS, and electronic warfare.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and data acquisition systems in laboratory and field environments.
- Experience with mission-thread-based testing, operational scenarios, and requirements traceability.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience developing formal engineering test documentation and government/customer deliverables.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with up to 25% travel to customer and contractor test ranges, typically for 1-2 weeks per event.
Preferred Qualifications:
