Job Description
Position: Citrix Administrator
Customer: Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience administering and supporting Citrix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, VDAs, and Citrix Workspace.
• Experience with Citrix MCS and/or PVS.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration and Windows desktop operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere/ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of enterprise networking, TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Citrix infrastructure and end-user connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements and DISA STIG compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-critical environment.

• U.S. citizenship
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one)
• DoD 8570/8140 certification such as:
o CompTIA Security+
