Summary:
• Design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities using modern Java frameworks and libraries.
• Integrate advanced agentic AI workflows into daily software engineering routines to accelerate feature implementation and testing.
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful enterprise APIs and microservices architectures within a Linux environment.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Total Compensation: $226k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software capabilities, enterprise APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Utilize modern agentic coding workflows to support multi-file implementations, codebase refactoring, and automated testing.
• Guide AI agents through complex multi-repository architectures while auditing generated code for security and architectural alignment.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and test robust applications in a Linux operating environment.
• Utilize configuration management and build automation tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Collaborate within an agile team environment leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with an average of 1-2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.
