• Design, develop, and implement complex software capabilities using Java, modern frameworks, and RESTful web services.
• Integrate next-generation agentic AI workflows into daily engineering, refactoring, and automated testing routines.
• Collaborate within an agile team in a Linux environment to deliver scalable microservices solutions.

• Total Compensation: $274k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications and enterprise APIs utilizing modern frameworks such as Spring.
• Implement microservices architectures and RESTful web services following object-oriented programming best practices.
• Utilize advanced agentic AI workflows for multi-file feature development, codebase refactoring, and comprehensive test generation.
• Audit and evaluate agent-generated code for security, performance, and architectural integrity across complex repositories.
• Utilize configuration management and build automation tools including Git, Maven, and Nexus.
• Collaborate within an agile software development lifecycle to troubleshoot, debug, and deliver high-quality software.
Telework:
A hybrid work arrangement is supported, requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site in Columbia, MD.
