Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Secret clearance to be considered.
Summary:
• Execute Information Systems Security Engineering across multi-enclave and cloud architectures.
• Implement DoD RMF accreditation processes, DISA STIGs, and NIST SP 800-53 security controls.
• Conduct security planning, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and scanning across Linux, AWS, and Kubernetes environments.
• Manage system accreditation artifacts and POA&Ms utilizing eMASS and Xacta.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical master's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $295k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design and implement system security architectures across multiple enclaves with varying classification requirements.
• Create, review, and edit security authorization documentation adhering to federal and DoD standards.
• Implement DoD RMF system accreditation processes, control inheritance, and artifact generation.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analyses of open-source and GOTS/COTS software components.
• Interpret and apply DISA STIGs and SRGs, managing remediation and compliance procedures.
• Utilize automated security scanning tools and vulnerability management systems to evaluate security posture.
• Maintain workflows and manage POA&Ms within eMASS, Xacta, or equivalent RMF systems of record.
• Collaborate with development teams to guide and implement security requirements in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
Telework:
This role supports a hybrid schedule requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site.
