Structures Mechanic - Secret Clearance required

We are seeking a Structures Mechanic with Secret Clearance for a critical position in Beale Afb, CA. This role involves performing maintenance and repair on aircraft structures, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and empennage.
• Perform welding, riveting, and other fabrication tasks as needed.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other defects.
• Document all work using appropriate forms and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Experience with welding, riveting, and other fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of aircraft structural maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military aircraft.
• Certification in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Experience with NDT techniques.
