Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and repairs on aircraft and other complex structures.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve structural issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement repair plans.
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all inspections and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Proficiency with structural repair techniques and materials.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with composite materials and advanced structural technologies.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and integration.
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
