Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Property Observation in Milton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents through a professional, visible presence. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

Day Time Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM Sun 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to controlled areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor and contractor entry and exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident documentation, and communicate observations, concerns, and shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
