Shipping/Receiving Clerk - Navy Property Management and Logistic

Ghostrock , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking Shipping/Receiving Clerks to support Navy Property Management and Logistics services.

Position Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming material against purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and other supporting documents to verify item identification, quantity, and condition.
  
• Identify and report shipment damage, shortages, overages, incorrect items, and missing documentation.
  
• Record material receipts and maintain accurate receiving records in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (Navy ERP).
  
• Research incoming material without order identification and assist with tracking discrepant or unidentified material.
  
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, manifests, packing lists, labels, and material movement records.
  
• Verify outgoing material against authorized shipping documents and check packaging and container condition before shipment.
  
• Coordinate shipment preparation, scheduled pickups, and deliveries.
  
• Obtain and maintain delivery signatures and proof-of-delivery documentation.
  
• Track shipment status, assist with resolving misrouted shipments, and maintain monthly logs of incoming and outgoing shipping documents.
  
• Support preparation of transportation, supply, and product quality discrepancy reports.
  
• Assist with material labeling, storage, inventory counts, and preparation of excess material.
  

Position Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• More than one year of relevant shipping, receiving, warehouse, supply, or logistics experience.
  
• Active Secret security clearance.
  
• U.S. citizenship.
  
• Ability to verify material against shipping and receiving documents and maintain accurate records.
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience supporting Navy or Department of Defense shipping and receiving operations.
  
• Experience using Navy ERP or another material tracking or inventory management system.
  
• Familiarity with DD Forms 1149 and 1348, bills of lading, packing lists, and proof-of-delivery records.
  
• Experience researching shipment discrepancies and maintaining supporting documentation.
  
• Familiarity with military packaging, marking, and labeling requirements.
