UiPath RPA Developer

You will be a part of a larger team supporting an Agentic Audit for the Department of War.
As a UiPath RPA Developer, you will be integral to automating business processes and
enhancing operational efficiency within the organization. Reporting to the RPA Manager,
you will leverage your core skills in software development and object-oriented
programming (OOP) to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions. Join our team to
drive innovation and streamline processes in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate financial and audit
processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient
workflows.

• Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript and Ruby on Rails to enhance
automation capabilities.

• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA applications to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain documentation of processes and provide support for ongoing
enhancements.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA and software
development.

Job Requirements

• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (minimum)

• Computer Science degree or 4+ years of object-oriented programming experience

• 2+ years developing in UiPath platform
, • 4+ years of software development experience

• Experience in working with the Federal Government


Nice to Have:

• 4+ years of professional UiPath experience

• 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in UiPath, similar
automation platforms, or object-oriented languages

• Experience with automating financial or auditing processes

• Experience working with end-users to define software requirements and support
user testing
