Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Structures Mechanic with a Secret clearance for a critical position at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This role involves performing maintenance and repair on aircraft structures, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft structures, including fuselage, wings, and empennage.
• Perform structural modifications and repairs as required.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify cracks, corrosion, and other structural issues.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in aircraft structures preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and military maintenance procedures.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural components and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on specific aircraft types (e.g., B-52, KC-10, etc.).
