Job Description
You will support a data program and work to review their current data and analytics capabilities. The consultant will partner with data engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to support enterprise data integration initiatives and resolve data compliance issues. Additionally, the consultant would be responsible for the following:
Maintain accurate and consistent data inventories while ensuring adherence to government policies and internal governance standards.
Document and trace data lineage across governance systems to improve transparency and accountability throughout the data lifecycle.
Conduct recurring data quality audits and dataset profiling to identify anomalies and strengthen validation procedures.
Collaborate across teams to improve data management processes and ensure policy aligned data collection, processing, and reporting.
** This role requires on-site abilities, 5 days a week in a SCIF.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance.
Once onboard, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)) polygraph.
Associate's degree with FIVE (5) or more years of work experience.
EIGHT (8)+ years of work experience may be used in lieu of an associates degree.
Experience with data governance is preferred.

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Department of Justice experience a plus
Client-facing consulting experience
Data collection and analysis experience
Executive briefings and presentations experience
Coordination around commercially available information (CAI) programs experience
