Summary:
• Implement cloud infrastructure in AWS and manage Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Maintain system reliability, monitoring, and performance for scalable services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripting in Python, Bash, or Go within a Linux environment supporting big data platforms.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 9+ years
• Total Compensation: $265k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, with a focus on EKS.
• Manage containerized applications and orchestration platforms including Kubernetes.
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and rapid deployment of services.
• Utilize configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Script and develop automation tools using Python, Bash, or Go in a Linux environment.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot complex operational issues, and maintain high availability.
• Support big data technologies and platforms including Kafka, Spark, and Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment to integrate applications into operational infrastructure.
Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement with an average of 2 to 3 days per week on-site.
