Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead complex systems engineering initiatives across the entire system life cycle.
• Establish and manage integrated project schedules, critical milestones, and technical deliverables.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage program risks, and deliver executive-level technical briefings aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 standards.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $323k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Provide strategic oversight and direction for complex systems engineering efforts, integrated engineering schedules, and technical deliverables.
• Lead and synchronize multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing resource allocation, cross-functional dependencies, and concurrent workstreams.
• Oversee systems engineering processes in accordance with ISO/IEC 15288, including requirements analysis, architecture development, integration, verification, and validation.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive engineering status reports, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings for program leadership.
• Establish project controls and performance tracking to proactively identify and mitigate technical, schedule, and resource risks.
• Serve as a senior technical advisor to resolve complex programmatic and engineering challenges.
• Lead senior-level engineering reviews, technical coordination forums, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
