Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and other aerospace components.
• Utilize various hand tools and equipment to fabricate, assemble, and repair aircraft structures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) to identify defects and ensure structural integrity.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in aircraft structures preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft structural maintenance or related field.
• Secret clearance required.
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance procedures and technical orders.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and military maintenance standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
