Job Description
Title: Scrum Master
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
Location: On Site - Canonsburg, PA
Pay Rate Range: $55-65/hr. W2
Clearance: USC - must be eligible to obtain Secret Security Clearance
Qualifications & Description:
You will lead agile execution for highly technical multi-discipline teams including facilitation of agile ceremonies and driving agile maturation. You will work closely with Program and Engineering leadership to provide status, develop plans, maintain metrics, and communicate with stakeholders and customers.

• Proven history of technical contributions and understanding of the engineering process (Hardware and Firmware/Software)
• Strong background in Agile Methodologies with preferred experience in Scaled Agile Framework
• Established approaches in data capture and reporting to inform decisions and show status
• Fluency in data presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or other dashboarding approaches
What you'll experience:
• Technical leadership opportunities spanning hardware and firmware/software engineering disciplines
• Application of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices within a complex DoD engineering environment
• Development and ownership of cost and schedule estimates for design tasks
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams leveraging data-driven reporting and dashboarding tools
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
What sets you apart:
• Relevant Agile Certifications (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
• History of success implementing Agile practices and processes in a DoD setting
• Experience preparing cost and schedule estimates for engineering design tasks
• Proficiency with data visualization and dashboarding tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to achieve stakeholder consensus and drive alignment
