Baer is looking for SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead for a 3-month project located in Philadelphia, PA.

Location: Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 3 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Description:
- Lead US Payroll implementation activities and provide hands-on functional expertise.
- Drive payroll requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration.
- Support payroll testing, parallel runs, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and SAP technical teams.
- Support cutover, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
- Provide onsite project support in Pennsylvania as required.
Requirements:
- Strong, proven experience with end-to-end US Payroll implementations
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience preferred.
- Strong SAP HCM on-premise Payroll implementation experience will also be considered.
- Deep understanding of US Payroll processes, taxation, deductions, and compliance.
- Experience with payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll processing.
- Proven experience with SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, reconciliation, and go-live.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
