Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret clearance and offers an opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and repairs on aircraft and aerospace components
• Fabricate and install structural components using hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose structural issues and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of projects
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structures Mechanic or similar role
• Secret clearance required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Strong understanding of aircraft structures and materials
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on military aircraft
• Knowledge of FAA and DoD maintenance regulations
• Certification as an A&P mechanic
• Experience with composite materials and advanced manufacturing techniques
