Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Structures Mechanic to join our team at Beale Air Force Base, CA. This position requires a Secret security clearance and offers an exciting opportunity to work on critical aerospace maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aerospace components.
• Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to fabricate, assemble, and repair aircraft structures.
• Read and interpret technical orders, engineering drawings, and work packages to ensure accurate and compliant repairs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including parts used, tools employed, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Secret security clearance (must be active and in good standing).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in aircraft structures maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience as a Structures Mechanic or in a similar role within the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural components and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
