Synertex LLC is seeking candidates for a potential Strategic Management Consultant role supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Training Directorate. Support senior management with strategic business decisions, initiatives, and organizational change. Provide objective advice and prepare senior-level decision materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide thought leadership and recommendations to senior management on strategic business decisions and initiatives.


• Use change management practices and tools to support implementation of new business strategies.


• Provide neutral, objective support to leadership when evaluating options and making key decisions.


• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand priorities and support strategic initiatives.


• Prepare senior-level briefings, including decision briefings, and annual reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience supporting strategic planning, management consulting, organizational change, or related initiatives.


• Ability to work with senior leaders and present recommendations clearly and objectively.


• Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, or decision-support materials.


• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
