Software Developer SME (SIPR Case Management Systems) – TS/SCI

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Software Developer SME SIPR. Who will assist with the modernization of NCIS’s case management for classified networks.

Location:

Quantico, VA. Hybrid remote schedule. Must be local and able to meet onsite 1-2 times per week or as required.

Clearance:

TS/SCI

Key Responsibilities: 

• High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience)
• Clearance Required: Top Secret w/SCI
• IAT II Certification
• Possess expert knowledge in reading/writing PL/SQL code.
• Possess expert knowledge in reading/writing .Net code.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience working in the Department of Navy networks
• Experience with Agile projects
• Experience with Service Now
• Experience with Telerik Test Studio
