Indotronix is seeking an :
Onsite Job: Test and Validation Engineer
Work Location: Andover, MA
STEM bachelor's + 5 relevant years
Interim clearance or Active Secret clearance is required
Five priority qualifications
• EE bachelor's plus 2+ years of Test Engineering, OR advanced degree in related Test Engineering discipline (confirm exact degree).
• Hands-on electronic assembly production testing, fault isolation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and test requirements; develop and update test procedures/MDPs.
• Experience with RF principles and instruments (spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscope, power meter)
- strongly preferred.
• Cross-functional test readiness, RCCA/nonconformance disposition and process improvement; willingness to work 3rd shift.
