Job Description:
The Java Developer shall have extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications and computer/network operating system and other system software.
The Java Developer shall have extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting applications and computer/network operating system and other system software. Has developed detailed and robust requirements, code, test, and implement proposed systems. Hands-on experience with projects supporting Service Oriented Architecture principles. Works without technical oversight of a team as required. Shall also possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively convey issues, reports, and other deliverables to SSA counterparts.
Required Skills:
- Experience with J2EE technologies such as Core Java, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS, WASD, Web sphere, RAD and Servlets -5+ Years.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, SSL - 5+ Years
- Experience required with deployment platforms such as Maven, Jenkins and OpenShift- 5+ Years.
- Strong Experience with Node.js, React JS and Angular JS GUI skills -5+ Years.
- Experience writing and calling REST based/JSON API Design- 5+ Years.
- Client Onsite Requirement 5 days per week in Woodlawn, MD.
- US Citizens Only.
- 10+ Years SSA Direct experience required. Strong Experience with Node.js, React JS and Angular JS GUI skills.
- Strong Experience with Ajax, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Must have experience writing and calling REST based/JSON API Design.
- Must have experience with Spring Boot, Restlet and Jetty.
- Must have experience with Jetty and Java 8 SE.
- Must have experience with Agile development Methodologies and frameworks.
- Must have experience developing web applications that use PostgreSQL or some other relational database.
