Job Description
Adsync Technologies is seeking a ALD Senior System Administrator to be an on-site leader for a contract supporting Marine Corps Aviation Logistics Support Services.
ALD Senior System Administrator
The ALD Senior System Administrator shall provide advanced technical support for ALD IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities Include
· Provide daily technical support for classified and unclassified workstations and applications. Manage user accounts and provide helpdesk support for ALD personnel and approved third-party contractors.
· Manage workstation configurations and peripherals. Diagnose and repair Aviation Programs of Record, Local Area Network connectivity, and operating systems.
· Verify all Aviation Information Systems are compliant with IA standards. Manage SharePoint sites to ensure compliance with all regulations.
· Conduct periodic visits to MCPPN-N sites to upgrade, repair, and provide lifecycle support for IT equipment. Research and identify process automation technology to increase operational readiness.
Shall possess specialized experience planning, implementing and managing complex server and network infrastructures to ensure maximum uptime, security and performance.
-Shall have experience designing system architecture and administering virtualization environments, including VMware and Linux as well as cloud environments.
-Shall have experience managing security functions, including firewalls, backups and related system protection measures.
-Shall have experience developing and using scripts to support automation and improve operational efficiency.
-Shall have experience mentoring junior technical staff.
-Shall have experience managing, installing and maintaining network infrastructure, hardware, software and application support environments.
-Shall have experience deploying Local Area Networks (LANs), securing information systems and ensuring network connectivity in various operational environments and forward-deployed locations.
